Nymbus Capital is responsible for providing advisory services to the Canadian Mutual Funds and to its institutional Canadian clients. For such purposes, Nymbus Capital draws on the expertise of Nymbus Capital (“Nymbus”) by entering into sub-advisory relationships with Nymbus to provide Nymbus Capital with portfolio management services.
